It helps to include your account email, your device (for example, iPhone 15 or Pixel 8), and your app version.

Common questions

Reset your password. On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and follow the link we email you.

Manage or cancel a subscription. BrainList subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), so you manage or cancel them in your store account:

• iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Turn notifications on or off. Adjust push notifications in the app’s Settings, or in your device’s system settings for BrainList.

Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and its data from inside the app. See the account deletion guide for step-by-step instructions.
